Yes, we ship worldwide. However, for orders outside the US the recipient is responsible for customs duties and taxes. We are not able to determine import taxes, as they depend on a number of factors including but not limited to country of shipping destination and product price.
It depends on where you are & what you order. Due to our artisanal practices some of our products have unique estimated delivery times. Please check the product page for specific shipping information. Delivery details will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Click the link and you will be taken to the carrier website. Please allow 24h from the time you receive your shipping confirmation for the tracking to update in the carrier website.

Returns & Exchanges
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return/exchange an item, we’re happy to help. Just email us to email@example.com and we’ll take you through the process.
Please remember you have 21 days from when you receive your order to send it back for a full refund. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unworn, unaltered, not washed or damaged, returns must include original tags.
