Yes, we offer free shipping worldwide. However, for orders outside the US & Ecuador the recipient is responsible for customs duties and taxes. We are not able to determine import taxes, as they depend on a number of factors including but not limited to country of shipping destination and product price.
It depends on where you are & what you order. For custom made orders delivery can take up to 30 days. Due to our artisanal practices some of our products have unique estimated delivery times. Please check the product page for specific shipping information. In stock items it usually takes between 5 to 7 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Click the link and you will be taken to the carrier website. Please allow 24h from the time you receive your shipping confirmation for the tracking to update in the carrier website.

Returns & Exchanges
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return/exchange an item, we’re happy to help. Just email us to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take you through the process.
Please remember you have 21 days from when you receive your order to send it back for a full refund. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unworn, unaltered, not washed or damaged, returns must include original tags. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For more information please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
If you're returning an item, as soon as you complete your return/exchange request and receive your return shipping label, you will get Instant store credit that you can use to make a new purchase. If you want a full refund and are not interested in using that credit value, you will be refunded within 1-2 weeks from when your return is delivered to our doorstep.

If any of your Remu Apparel pieces needs to be repaired just email us to email@example.com and we’ll take you through the process. Please include the following in your email: name, order number, item to be repaired and reason for repair. Also attach a photo of the damaged area so that we can analyze the best course of action to take. Once we receive your request for a repair you will receive a confirmation email with the next steps & a return postage (if domestic US or Ecuador)

Once you are done with one of your Remu Apparel products & ready for a new look send it back to us for free we will be sure to upcycle it into a new product or dispose of the organic materials safety.
