The Remu Apparel WhatsApp service (“Service”) is operated by Remu Apparel LLC, a limited-liability company registered in [Jurisdiction] (“we,” “us,” “our”). We use WhatsApp automation to streamline customer and community communications for the Remu Apparel brand.

4.  How we use your data

 

 

  1. Customer service – collect shipping addresses, size confirmations, or RSVPs for Remu events.

  2. Automated replies – send personalised answers (e.g., sizing help, venue link, dress code) via an AI model.

  3. Internal dashboards – update secure Google Sheets so our team can monitor and fulfil requests.

  4. Service improvement – troubleshoot delivery failures, measure response rates, and prevent abuse.

 


We never sell your data or use it for marketing unrelated to Remu Apparel.

6.  International transfers

 


Our servers may reside in the United States or other jurisdictions. We use EU-approved Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards for cross-border transfers.


 

7.  Data retention

 

 

  • Messages & sheet entries: kept up to 90 days after fulfilment or event end, then deleted or anonymised.

  • Workflow logs: retained for up to 30 days for debugging.

  • Back-ups: purged automatically within 60 days.

 


 

8.  Your rights

 


Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

 

  • Access or receive a copy of your data

  • Correct inaccurate data

  • Delete data (“right to be forgotten”)

  • Object to or restrict processing

  • Withdraw consent at any time if processing is based on consent

9.  Security measures

 

 

  • End-to-end encryption via WhatsApp

  • TLS-protected API calls

  • Role-based access control (least privilege)

  • Automated log monitoring and rate limiting

  • Annual security audits of all sub-processors

 


 

10.  Children

 


Our Service targets users aged 16 and older. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 16 without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.


 

11.  Changes to this policy

 


We may update this notice to reflect tech or regulatory changes. Material updates will be announced via WhatsApp broadcast or e-mail 14 days before they take effect.
